Please keep in mind that we are volunteers who have families and children with no "office hours" in our homes and do our best to respond to each and every one of your email's, in a timely manner. We are not a shelter but a network of foster homes. After an application is received, we check references and may do a home visit, before you are able to see the pup. Puppies take a lot of time, attention and dedication so please be sure you are ready for the energetic, fun loving pup that will be part of your family! |

unfortunately they can not speak and tell us what issues they may have.
We make NO guarantee as to the dogs health, temperament, age or breed. We are a small

Thank you to everyone who sent lots of support.. were ready to
save some more lives!
Our recent Legal issue ended like this: All allegations of cruelty
by the NJSPCA were dismissed, we did plead to a "operating a
roadside stand" (werent but its a lesser charge) And although
the NJSPCA wants to stop rescues such as ours and close us
down we did get a 5 yr ban on being in NJ. Not that we cant
rescue dogs or find homes, because we are still activly doing so,
but the state of NJ is doing a type of "clensing" wanting to stop
the people and groups truely doing what is right. We hold our
heads high and keep going, for the sake of the animals we help.
A thank you goes out to our lawyer Gina calogero who did an
excellent job defending the defenseless..
Know this the judicial system isnt for right or wrong its not for
good or bad, its about how much money you have, if we would
have been a wealthy group we would have fought and fought
through a trial which would have meant the burden of prook
would have fallen in the NJSPCA's lap to prove we did
something wrong, but without the funds to fight we had to jump
out. So in not fighting we got a ban...
